I have had the honor of working with Carlos this past year in his role as City Organizer for Meetup's Organizer Network program. Carlos was hand-selected to lead organizers in Miami by giving them tools and support to be successful. Carlos is always excited by giving the community resources to be great, and it is felt by every organizer he interacts with. As an organizer of a dozen groups himself, he constantly puts his creative thinking cap on to empathize and creatively find a solution for every organizer's needs.
